I have a lot of resources, coloured inks, pens, pencils, but it all gets tweaked in Paint.net i have Photoshop, but I'm total noob with it, still learning to use it !
This picture was done on A4 paper by pen and then in Paint.net I've added a new layer with free texture, that had no copyrights to it !
